Was reasonable property. I arrived after 3pm and when given my room found that it wasn't made. Got a different room, room made but no towels. But overall did the job

Arrived to find property to be a small tin box which just fitted in the two beds and two small chairs for three people The curtains had been left open and the internal tempertature must have been well over 50c We just had to open the door and windows and go for a meal. We had presumed the property would be like the pictures shown it was not it was just a tin box on wheels. Did not find the staff particularly helpful no WiFi password given no information about the crockery box in fact no information at all on booking in. We had not used this company before and will be very unlikely to use again . The place was however very clean.

This property is very convenient when driving from Queenstown onwards. it's closeness to the main road is an issue which can't be changed. The road noise didn't make it the most peaceful place. There is a range of accommodation options which is good. We locked out key inside the cabin and had trouble getting help as it was after-hours and the managers don't live onsite. No one answered the buzzer or mobile phone when we rang several times. I asked around and found and found a camp worker who kindly gave me another key but it was looking grim there for a while. I eventually contacted the manager but it was after the issue had been solved. Not good. Stuff does happen after hours and there needs to be someone available to help.
