"After the noise, craziness, and heat of Waikiki, this was a welcome relief. We were in Wolfie 3, one of 4 units nestled in the trees and the sounds of the Coqui frogs. The unit provides plenty of room for two with a separate bedroom, bath, and sitting room. A great location to be near the volcano. The local tap water isn't potable, but high quality bottled water is provided. A soothing spot. I'm bad at directions so had difficulty finding the check in place (beyond the hardware store) as well as the unit itself."

"The locations is unique and special. I recommend it to anyone wanting to experience something out of the ordinary. The hotel is original and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is quiet, and the view of the volcano crater from the rooms is outstanding. There are two cute souvenir shops and two places where you can eat and have drinks. All in all a unique experience without the hefty price tag. "
