"The lobby is very nice and the staff very nice and helpful. We sat down for a late lunch and the service was not good had to get up twice to ask for help. The room was clean and cleaning staff was helpful. The room is very small, has a tiny closet and no drawers to place any items so for us who stayed for nine days, we were jumping over our luggage, which was inconvenient. The bathroom does not have an electric plug so you have to dry your hair in the bedroom, there is only one towel holder, the tub is very high so for older people could be dangerous to get in and out of and there is very little space to put your toiletries."

"Had a one night stay for the London Marathon however breakfast on a Sunday from 8am was to late for me. Was able to order breakfast to my room earlier but it was a very limited selection. The room itself was nice and very quiet considering the location. The room had a blind and curtains which helped for good sleep."
