"Staff were friendly and warm"

"When we arrived in our room, the smell of old rug welcomed us. Room is warm, I thought maybe because we just got in so i didnt mind, and this was at 4pm check in. Room is okay, decent, clean. So i turned the ac to 70 coz its still not cooling down and we went to the pool. Came back at 7pm and room still warm, went down to front desk and told them about the issue and they said theyll send engineering to check it while were gone to eat. i said okay, and when we came back at 10pm room is still warm and it is on 65. Went to front desk to complain that theres even a spoiled food inside the mini fridge plus the room not cooling down and theyre glad to switch us to a different room and gave us hotel credit. New room is a little better, ac is at 62 but its just a tad cooler than the previous room that weve been to. Just disappointed with a 250$ room. I hope they fix their rooms and update it. Its very disappointing considering there are many people who comes here."

"Seriously, what a great place! Beautiful - clean - affordable Every team member was incredibly kind the entire stay! amazing pool, affordable food, clean rooms... loved the gym. Perfect place to stay with kids, just off the strip. So close to freeway entrance... Even loved the gas stations that are very close with good affordable food and drinks. Will absolutely be back!"

"Pool had v limited hours. 10am to 5 pm only. Carpet in my room was not clean around furniture. Few outlets in the rooms and they were old and worn. Wouldn’t hold my computer plug. No fan in bathroom.. food was pretty good tho from the Brass Fork"

"Breakfast was good. Staff was great, especially the staff running the breakfast, they were wonderful! Parking is paid $15/night. The pool and hot tub were available 10a-10p and were nice. Very nice building and location."

"The elevator broke down which wouldn't have been as bad if the pool was not out of service for our entire stay."

"The property was very clean but in the morning there was a lot of noise from thr cleaning crew. Check out is not until 11:00 am. After that time is when the cleaning should begin to allow the customers to sleep in peace."

"The Hampton Inn is in a convenient area. It is pet friendly, which is appreciated. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are so nice size and nicely appointed. I've stayed there twice in this past year and have enjoyed my stays"
