Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was fun and we loved having the monorail right outside the doors to get to the strip.

The staff was amazing!

Hotel looked very luxurious upon arrival. While checking in we were waiting in line and someone cuts the line and is helped by a women and after they left we walked up thinking she would be able to help us as well and she very quickly nodded her head no and told us to go back, all while laughing which felt just a bit unkind and unwelcoming. Our room was beautiful just a few issue with the cleanliness of the room. We found a towel that had yellow residue/stain & also found a few stains on our bed sheets (looked like foundation makeup) and also a dark/grey & hard stain on a pillow. Since we had an extra bed we just changed out the sheets that were dirty and didn’t feel the need to complain but definitely was taken aback considering the price & how clean the place looked in the lobby area and as well as all the amenities to the hotel. Employees working at the bell desk did a great job and had a warm welcoming as we dropped/picked up our suitcases. Nonetheless we had a nice time & would consider staying again.
