Staff was friendly. The room was clean. It was quiet except that the doors to all the rooms make a very loud banging noise when they close. Breakfast food was mediocre. (Might be best to get there when the food first comes out and it's fresh...not after it's been sitting in warmers for over an hour.). Didn't like that I had to sign up for their rewards program just to use the wifi in my room.

We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean, the food was good, and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. One staff member really stood out, she wore colorful glasses (I unfortunately don’t remember her name). She went above and beyond to help us get our tickets for the Sphere show since we’re not local and didn’t have a U.S. phone number. That kind of service truly made a difference for us. The view was awesome, we even got to see a train pass by, which was a cool little bonus. Overall, a 9.5 out of 10 experience. We will definitely book here again. Greetings from Aruba!
