"Older hotel. Jakuzzi was empty and seemed to be non functional for a while. Jakuzzi was one of the deciding g factors for me when selecting hotel, so of course disappointed. "

"We stayed in a king lake view room. The staff was nice, the room was clean for the most part, and the views were amazing. We loved seeing people kayaking and rowing on the lake, hearing birds in the morning, and even coyotes at night. The room thankfully did not smell. That said, we would not stay here again or recommend it. The hotel feels extremely outdated and strangely empty. At times I honestly wondered if anyone else was staying there. The worst part by far was the sewage smell in the halls, lobby, and elevators. It was terrible and impossible to ignore. The property is also very confusing to navigate. The whole place had an eerie, lonely vibe. Even the gift shop looked closed because the lights were so dim, with someone just sitting behind the register reading a book. There were also small misses like no glasses in the room and the fridge being unplugged. The setting is beautiful, but the hotel itself felt neglected, creepy, and far too run down for us to ever come back."

"Staff was very friendly & helpful. We had a maintenance emergency because the shower faucet came off the wall and the water would not turn off. I called the front desk and maintenance came in less than 5 minutes. He fixed the problem immediately. We had been in the room for almost 5hrs and the ac never cooled. I told maintenance & he knew immediately what the problem. He explained the unit was still set for winter. We were in a junior suite & I told him it has not been winter in Vegas for over a month so it didn’t make sense for it to still be set to winter. The property is absolutely gorgeous!"

"Continental breakfast was pretty good. Was disappointed that the juices were lacking. No OJ and apple juice ran out. Room was nice and temperature was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful"

"Breakfast is good. Parking is an issue if you come after midnight but is good and also it’s not included in your stay it’s self parking so they shouldn’t charge since we already pay for the stay. "
