"Everything was great except 10 am - noon at the elevators. Doesn’t seem like all of them were running at very busy times (checkout)."

"They need a better parking paying system. I paid double because i stayed an extra day and my room key didn't work when i exited the parking the next day. Paid parking with my room and when i exited the parking. Unacceptable."

"The room was wonderful most the staff was great. It was pile of trash by the trash cans, and sometimes there was a mess in the elevator and when we told the staff about it, they didn’t really care. We did enjoy the hotel and casino. I just wish it was a little more clean."
