"Gorgeous entrance to the property with towering, perfectly-manicured palm trees lining either side of the drive. The lake view is stunning, and the pool is ample size. Breakfast at Rick’s was delicious - lox omelette with potatoes and Starbucks coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Dining options are really nice and offer great food. Staff was fine."

"The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to assist with whatever you need or answer whatever question you might have. They touch bases w you to see if your request had been handled and always ask if there is anything else they can do for you. Great business model! "

"Anthony went above and beyond in helping me with my stay at this property. I booked late at night after a family emergency brought me to the area unexpectedly. Unfortunately Orbitz was of no help in resolving the issue as I stood at check in for nearly an hour after being at the hospital until 2am checking on a family member. I was highly disappointed in Orbitz and their service. Anthony took care of me personally after Orbitz failed miserably. If you have the opportunity to meet with Anthony, he’s top notch and will take care of things! Thanks Anthony. You made an extremely sad trip out to say goodbye to my uncle more bearable. "
