This one bedroom suite features two plasma TVs with cable in the unit, two beds (one is a queen size pull out sofa bed in living room) and the other is a king size bed in bedroom both with egyptian cotton sheets, two full baths, DVD and CD players, marble and granite bathrooms with dual vanities, office desk, dining room, iHome clock radio, and luxury appliances in the kitchen (sub-zero frigerator and freezer, Miele, Bosch and Cuisinart appliances). Our host was very friendly and helpful. I booked a stay here in February for a trip in December, he contacted me a couple of days prior to our arrival with check in info so there was no worries about anything. When we walked in, it was very clean, spacious and welcoming. A chair on the balcony would have been great, but it was fine. I will definitely book here again, it was very convenient to everything!

We were in town for a conference at the MGM Grand. We needed a one bedroom with a space for a friend who stayed with us and this was perfect! It was so convenient to be in Tower 1 for the walk to the arena, etc. And perfect place to get away from the smoke and hustle and bustle. Rafael was a great host and always got back to me quickly with any questions or needs we had. The suite was well supplied. We are planning to stay again as it was perfect! Thank you Rafael!

Just came back from a 4 night stay. Communication with Rafael was on point and answered all our questions thru out the stay. Condo was very clean and the view is amazing. The view from the balcony gives you the MGM Lazy River and with an extra bonus listening to the music from Palm Tree Beach Club with views of the same. The view from the bedroom gives you the Sphere which is amazing at night. Not to mention the phenomal Valet Service and Bellman that help us with our needs. The amenities were a plus and didn't have to leave the resort if we didn't want to. I had a wonderful 50th birthday and Seen Coldplay on top of this. Thank You so much and we definitely be renting again and telling all my friends about this amazing place you have to offer.

I love staying at the MGM Signature. Great location, but not the craziness of a casino, but yet attached so you can conveniently walk to the MGM, bit go back to the peacefulness of a regular hotel. Love that it had 2 bathrooms.

VRBO standards need review

Signature Towers is a great location, but the room needed a deep clean. Carpets and furniture are stained. The bathroom faucet did not work. The chair upholstery was ripped. No patio chairs. The kitchen was not stocked - no baking pan for the oven. One garbage bag for 7 days, no cleaning products, a layer of dust on all surfaces. This was our first VRBO experience. I will rent directly through the hotel next time.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a 1-bedroom balcony suite at the Signature at MGM, and it was an incredible experience for our family.From the outset, our host Rafael Perry was exceptional. He was responsive and attentive, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. His hospitality truly made a difference.The suite itself was immaculate upon our arrival. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and it was well-appointed with all the amenities we could ask for. The check-in process was straightforward and efficient, which made our arrival stress-free.One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the MGM Lazy River. Our kids had an absolute blast enjoying the pool, and it was a fantastic way for the family to unwind together. Having access to the MGM facilities added great value to our trip.Overall, our stay at the Signature at MGM was fantastic. The combination of a beautiful room, great service, and family-friendly amenities made for a memorable getaway. Everything was pretty good here. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing upon arrival and had to wait a few hours for it to get fixed but that wasn’t too bad. The view from the room isn’t fantastic as it’s on the 3rd floor but otherwise we had a great stay.

Perfect location for seeing a show at the MGM arena. I’m not sure why folks were complaining about the carpet, seems pretty petty. The room was spacious, really nice having two full bathrooms, clean, and had all amenities. We were able to easily walk up and down the strip pretty quickly. Free valet was a plus. If we come back to Vegas we would definitely stay here again!

Had an awesome first time in Vegas, really enjoyed this suite in Signature MGM Towers!! Suite was nicely laid out with 2 full bathrooms which was a huge plus. You could see the Sphere from the bedroom window which was super cool at night!! Easy access to the monorail which we used everyday we were there. Check in and out was a breeze! Rafael was a terrific host, he answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Spacious, and Welcoming

My friends and I have stayed at the MGM Signature several times. Check-in is always seamless, bags are brought up quickly, and it's a perfect distance to the metro and all the fun of the strip. Rafael's property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The couch bed was perfect for 2 adults. We came for the race weekend and were pleasantly surprised to have a partial view of the track! Only 1 turn, but it was a fun surprise.
