The room had several amenities. Much more than we could have imagined. Great deal for the price! The environment around the luxury suites is very quiet therefore it is easy to relax. Everything that you could possibly need is located in the room. Lots of entertainment options located within walking distance from the Signature hotel to the MGM.

Sometimes this property has trouble with third-party booking sites. They were unable to locate our reservation at first even though the owner of our unit had gone through great efforts to do everything on his end! It all worked out - just took an extra step that was only a very minor inconvenience. We loved the location and how easy it was to come and go from the area. Loved having access to multiple pools and the beach club at the MGM Grand which was easily accessible from our property. Only downside - our unit did not have an in room coffee pot which meant coffee was really only available at the in-lobby Starbucks at resort markup prices.

I had a wonderful stay at The Signature at MGM Grand and would absolutely come back again. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable — honestly such a nice place to relax after long days exploring Vegas. I really appreciated how quiet it was compared to the main Strip hotels, while still being close enough to everything. It felt like the perfect balance between excitement and calm. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. Having access to the MGM Grand amenities was also a huge bonus. The pools were great, and the property itself is beautiful. This stay made our Vegas trip even more special. If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful spot that’s still connected to all the action, I definitely recommend The Signature. Would happily stay here again! 😊

I had stayed at Luxury Suites International (tower 3) back in May and enjoyed it but the room itself was outdated (but not that big a deal) and silverware & plates weren't that clean. This time around I went with Lucky Gem(tower 1) for a similar room that was renovated/remodeled. Unfortunately there were a few issues. Upon entering the room, the door would not open. I didn't want to go back to the lobby if it was a keycard issue because it's was 110° & I was exhausted. I stopped trying for 2 mins to see if I was trying too many times/didn't want other guesrs thinking I was trying to enter someone else's room. I realized that the door wasn't properly closed & the handle gets stuck so you have to push it down very hard to finally unlock. The next issue was the dirty silverware in the drawer. Third, had a balcony but the door was locked shut & could not open. Next, I realized there was no tv remote. I looked all over & texted the host. They said it should be on the nightstand or kitchen counter. Obviously those were the 1st places I looked. Texted the host back letting them know no remote. Received no response back. TV isn't a big deal but I like to watch something while eating or getting ready. So I went to press power on the tv & nothing. Obviously this must be why there was no remote. As the host, they either knew & didn't say anything or they're just negligent of units they're responsible for. Other than those issues, staff were friendly & I had a great stay.

Clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable room. I only had one issue and it might not be a concern for others. The pipes and sinks gurgled and made lots of noise. They never backed up but I was concerned at times they would. Very convenient to the lobby and Uber. But a lengthy walk down to get to the strip.

Not sure how they can call this Lucky Gem “Penthouse” Suite. It’s on the 5th floor. Technically the Penthouse Suites are floors 29-36. For a party of 5 for a 5 night stay we received 1 oz shampoo, 1 oz conditioner and 1 oz body wash. When making simple / reasonable requests such as additional shampoo, conditioner, and a change of towels after the 3rd night. We were threatened with additional charges. Only 4 sets of towels were delivered and after being promised that housekeeping would bring a 5th, they never did. The front desk can’t help, requests are communicated through Expedia. Mantenance did respond to a clogged toilet very quickly though. The location and amenities were great.

Disappointing stay – Misleading listing and unhelpful management Review: I booked this property specifically for its advertised access to pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river, which were all unavailable upon arrival. This was extremely frustrating, as those amenities were the main reason for choosing this location. The room also had issues: the safe was locked and unusable, and the TV only had one working channel. When I contacted the front desk, I was told they couldn’t assist because the unit was privately owned—something I wasn’t made aware of during the booking process. I reached out to Expedia and was initially offered a refund and alternative accommodations. However, the refund has since been disputed, and I’ve been left without resolution. Overall, this stay was not as described and I would not recommend this property

Since I booked through Expedia it was not clear property was through a third party. We had no housekeeping during our stay. When we asked front desk for towels they said they couldn't give us any.

Spent 3 nights, no housekeeping- we expected at least enough supplies. Toilet paper was insufficient. Iron was working wonky. Texted the number given to us- no response. The tower 1 pool closes at 6pm. Lazy river pool was shut down for the week. If you’re looking just for a place to sleep for budget it’s fine, don’t expect it to be more.

The property was clean. Location poor, communication poor. I wish it was listed as condominium for rent. Seems it was private rooms for rent. It was located on the 3rd tower of MGM. Far from the casino, from the parking. Didn’t feel like I was in Vegas. If I knew that’s the case I would have take a different hotel room. Had to walk to a different tower for coffee. No shops , no room service, no room cleaning, no body to talk to. I called the number provided to me at the reception and no answer. At reception she said I can’t ask anything from front desk because I booked with 3rd party. I booked because of the pool and lazy river. We had to walk all the way to the main hotel pool (MGM). Long walk. The lazy river had to buy the tubes $30 Seriously? Hotel guest had to pay for tubes ? Just very disappointed for me.
