Great friendly staff and amazing buffet breakfast. We loved exploring a new area of Hawaii we haven’t been before. Loads of food options in the mall attached.

This place was close to great food and beaches. The service was amazing and loved our family stay.

We had a great time there. Checking in was easy, the facilities were great and checking out was also easy. Self parking meant a bit of a walk to the car, but that was not an issue. We’re also very close to the coconut marketplace, so shops and dining were easy. At Kauai Shores itself, the lava lava lounge was excellent.

This has to be the best hotel in Waikiki. The location is amazing, right in the heart of it all. The rooms are spectacular. The beds are so comfortable and the pools are unbelievable. Best place to stay with a family.

Kauai’s first ever hotel. Old world, clean and in a beautiful quiet location. Not 5 star but worth the experience!!

Fantastic breakfast offering included in our booking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Large and aesthetic room, very clean and luxurious feel. Pool and jacuzzi were great, and we could borrow towels. A few food options within walking distance but not great quality. I felt that the neighbourhood was a bit eerie. Only 20min from the airport in good traffic which was convenient for us.

Great facilities and apartments, just wish I had realised how big the resort is as we were staying with friends and they were a car drive away. Also parking is super expensive.

This small, delightful and friendly hotel/condo was a fantastic find. I chose it because it is small, there are no TV's and no air con in the rooms, it is mid-priced for Maui and convenient to where we needed to stay on the island. For once the photos on the internet did not do it justice. The rooms are well appointed and the partial ocean view still stunning. The complimentary continental breakfast every morning suited us and was an added bonus. The gardens are beautiful.

Highly recommend the Coconut! We have stayed at 15+ different hotels in Waikiki and the Coconut has been one of our favourites. Fantastic staff with 24hr front desk. Clean and well kept lobby and pool areas. Spotless housekeeping. Spacious room with comfortable king bed and kitchenette that was very handy. Nice little gym and a self-serve laundry. Lovely views of Ala Wai canal. Great location with easy access to local buses, shops, beaches - all within walking distance. The daily hurricane...

Our stay was wonderful from the minute we met Susan at check-in, she was friendly, smiling and so easy to deal with. The room was fantastic! Restaurant had an amazing seafood buffet overlooking the beach. Can't recommend this hotel high enough!!!

The hotel has everything you need and is central to everything in Kona. It is great value for what it is and the friendly bar staff make great mai tais while you enjoy the view and sunset. Not the most comfortable/ flash or best service but it is extremely good value.

The room was well equipped for a basic hotel room. It was clean and comfortable. An extra chair would have been good but no room for it really. Great for a short stay.
