It was misleading because the listing says room service is included and available, but you have to request it and sometimes it is hard to get in touch with the management. They also said that they change sheets and towels - and indeed they did - but simply dropped off the clean ones in a trash bag and told us we had to change our own sheets. "The building was just blocks from the beach, restaurants and food trucks and general stores. It was also, just a 5 minute walk to a Catholic church. Very clean! Comfortable beds! At the end of the hall, so it was quiet with no elevator noise. Beach towels, boogie boards and tube floats provided. Host was very easy to get ahold of when needed with quick response times. Also was willing to go above and beyond when we had our car broken into at the China Walls."
