We were very impressed with the staff, location and the cleanliness. The location was in the middle of many eateries and shops; it was so convenient. Cassel, front desk, was super helpful and kind. It was the first time for my three kids in Waikiki and Hilton Grand Hokulani made the experience memorable. We did movie night on Sunday and the fireworks (just a couple of blocks away) on Friday. We will be back! Thank you!

The resort is family friendly. Room is spacious and comes fully equipped with kitchenette. The bathroom is much appreciated - big shower stall with strong water making it extremely to clean up the kids and swim suits after the beach. The hotel is new and well kept. Location is central to the nice shopping area. The only thing we would like to see improvement on is the soind proofing of the room. We could hear next door in our bathroom, and the siren on the street.

Four nights with family

The location was good and centric in Waikiki. There are a lot of restaurants and luxury shops. Walkable to the beach. The room was spacious and has kitchen area (even a rice cooker). We used the washer/dryer twice on our four days stay. Also having a wireless charger was very convenient. The pool area on the 16th floor was kid friendly. The room overall was clean. The bathroom even has two sinks! No complaints really except for one day street noice on a Friday night. Other nights were fine. Parking was valet and those guys were good and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the worst service I’ve ever received at a Hilton property. From check-in, the staff were unhelpful and negative — almost everything I asked was answered with “No.” The room was minimally cleaned, poorly lit, and faced a noisy building right across the street. But the worst part happened at checkout. I told the male manager earlier that morning that I might be about 20 minutes late since I had to pick up a rental car just 5 minutes away. Despite that, at 10 a.m. I started getting multiple texts from the hotel. When I returned, the male manager was shouting, threatening to call the police and saying he would remove my luggage. In front of my child, he even mocked me in my native language to ‘shut up’, threw a broken box at me, and told me to pack and leave immediately. Another staff member apologized, but that manager never did. To make it worse, the pool was suddenly closed for construction with no prior notice. I had zero positive memories from this hotel. Completely unacceptable experience.

快適なコンドミニアムでした。ホテルの前からピンクラインが出ていてアラモアナセンターに行く時にはとても便利です。その他、ワイキキビーチやワイキキの街でのお買い物やお食事も徒歩で行き来出来、とても快適でした。 部屋にランドリーは付いていませんでしたが、階ごとの共有でした。利用時間によって被ってしまう時はありましたが、基本的に使いたい時に使え満足でした。 部屋のキッチンはコンパクトながら充分な設備です。食洗機、大型冷蔵庫（自動製氷器付き）、炊飯器、レンジ、トースターなど基本的なものはあります。 屋上にはプールがあり、朝のアクティビティでヨガがあったので事前予約（無料）をして参加しました。LINEでものやりとりもでき大変便利です。ただ、このシステムがわかりづらいのか直接いらっしゃる方もいますが、人数制限している理由はマットの数が12枚だからで予約していなくても先生はウェルカムでバスタオルを引いて参加することができます。朝日を浴びながらの贅沢なヨガはとても気持ちよく参加することができました。

ホテルのスタッフは日本語堪能な方が多く助かりました！ 良き点、ショッピングの立地、ビーチアクセス、部屋のキッチン、部屋の広さ、屋上の温水プール景色。 ちょっと残念な点、オーシャンビューがないだけ！

ロイヤルハワイアンセンターの隣にあり、何をするにも便利な立地です。スタッフさんのホスピタリティも流石ヒルトンでした。 子供2人と宿泊しましたが、屋上のジャグジーで異文化交流ができ、とても良い思い出ができました。

Amazing location, amazing service, amazing facility - we enjoyed every min of our trip! Only a few min walk to the beach while literally at the shopping and dining strip. We lucked out! The unit was very modern, spacious and clean. All the hotel employees were polite and helpful! We would love to come back!

Nice Hotel

The rooftop pool is amazing. The location is amazing. Although we did not have a great deal of contact with the staff, they seemed very welcoming. The rooms were nice. The hotel was clean.

No front entrance so as you first arrives it’s a bit challenging finding the hotel. So as you approach be sure to enter the garage once you pass CVS.

편리한 가족여행

와이키키해변이 걸어서 10분에 비치거리와 쇼핑센터가 바로 앞이고 핑크 트롤리 정류장도 바로 앞에 식당도 많습니다. 주방의 인덕션 성능도 좋았구요. 다만 설거지 직접하면 가끔 막히니 그냥 식기세척기 쓰는걸 추천합니다. 숙소 상태는 항상 청결하고 직원 분들도 너무 친절합니다. 주차는 발렛만 가능하고 하루 45달러입니다. 저는 위치와 깨끗함만으로도 추천합니다.
