The room was clean and as expected. The view was pretty and the pool area was really nice. The reason we booked here is they include free parking which was great. A short walk to the beach and so many places to eat and shop close by. Our family of 4 really enjoyed it.

I asked for housekeeping services for trash and toilet paper and they came within 5 minutes when it was not an immediate need. And did the whole room.

Trolley takes you there for $2 great way to see Waikiki. Gorgeous outdoor shopping, designer shops, Macy's, Ross etc

This might be the largest shopping centre in the world but in my opinion, too big, too spread out, too much outdoor and with the heat not comfortable to walk around.

You can find almost every store here, although it took us a while to find the information stand. A Board directory would have been helpful as it covers 4 floors.
