"Great location that has the charm of a room over a tavern. Service was fantastic and the pleasentries did not disappoint. Room was generously spacious. Overall the staff were a pleasure to deal with. "

10/10 Excellent
"Great place to stay in on your trip to London. Located in the center of it all! "
"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel & staff very efficient, friendly & helpful. Gigi the lady who checked us in was very helpful.
Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom was very slow to empty, if we’d stayed more than one night I would have got it looked at. The shower doesn’t have a door as such & the water goes all over bathroom floor which could make it slippery, it either needs a door or the shower tray should be deeper. But apart from that I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice & variety. "
"A great place to stay when visiting London. Centrally located, very clean, great air conditioning. Luggage storage and friendly staff. Only complaint was lack of lounge area, rooms are small and there isn't anywhere that you are allowed to eat outside your room if you don't want to go out. Overall I highly recommend."
"This was a great place to stay. Everyone was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable and not too small. We got the package with breakfast included, and it was fabulous (see picture). We hesitated about paying for the breakfast package, but we are so glad we did. Finally, this was so convenient to public transportation. A few minutes walk to Farringdon Station or a 30 minute walk to the Thames if you just want to walk. For public transportation, we did not get any special pass. We just tapped in and out with our credit card and went anywhere in London we wanted to go. We would not hesitate to stay here again. "
