"Excellent stay. Could not fault this. Staff were excellent particularly when we left our keys in the room one night l. The room we had , no 4, was lovely. "The room was cozy and clean. I enjoyed the cookies, tea and chocolate the hotel provided in the room. The hotel staff was particularly helpful in storing my luggage while I walked around the city both before check in and after I checked out. The location was fantastic!"
