"I liked the 3 separate beds and that we can leave our luggages before check in time and after check out time. Very convenient that you can use the rest of the time checking out the area before going to the airport. What I didnt like is that we cannot use the TV, no small fridge, and the there's no general charging area. The adaptor is different and limited. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Thank you."

"We arrived early but they were able to store our bags free of charge and provided us with water bottles (also free of charge), giving us the freedom to explore the city for a couple of hours before check-in. The hotel is very nice on the inside, with an atmospheric lounge, clean breakfast area, and bar (the drink deals were solid). The rooms were small, but had everything we needed, were comfortable, and clean. We dealt with a staff member frequently whose name was Jemma. Her service was outstanding and she made our stay a pleasure! The hotel was also in close range to several cafes and pubs, making the location a very convenient base. Overall, if I return to London in the future, I would definitely come back to this hotel."
