"Mirage was fantastic. The highlights were the Bali beds around the pool, our butler Candido, who is the best, all the bar staff, housekeeping staff etc. Breakfast at the seaside buffet is excellent as was lunch. We really made use of the VIP Lounge for the sushi (especially the plentiful ahi tuna). Check in and out was fast and flawless. We will be back. "

"Our room was very clean tho we only slept in it . Everything is walkable to get to and the beach is spectacular. All staff were friendly and helpful tho there is a language barrier with some but they are quick to find someone to translate. Food for everyone with a main buffet and another at the snack bar. Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday choice of eggs or omelet different meats potatoes cereal yogurt etc definitelywont go hungry..suppers change daily. Have a la cartes if you so desire with an option to buy lobster dinner on the beach. We stayed for 8 days and didnt want to leave. Now bare in mind it is an older resort with dated rooms but the beds are top notch. We did experience 2 mornings with a hot water issue but was quickly fixed. We dont go to hang out in our room so we were fine with it. The grounds are kept meticulous with constant cleaning and for a smoking resort you dont see any butts or garbage. Now for the cons..just 1. They dont have enough loungers or umbrellas for the capacity they have so everyone goes down early and reserves them so if you want one by the pool or beach you need to go down by 530 am or you wont have one. Rooms have pop and water if you leave a couple pesos in the fridge with a note they will stock you with beer. I have stayed at higher end resorts and found the service at this resort far surpassed them The premium rooms come with a butler and a separate restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Will definitely return!!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was always in perfect condition, clean and well-supplied. Carlos, our butler, was always available daily and checked in with us regularly. He was very helpful and we appreciated his assistance. Adonis, our concierge, was our initial contact after booking. He provided us with all the information we needed at the time and assisted with restaurant reservations and Carlos as well. We appreciate all their help. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in November. "

"The room was clean. Has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a couch that pulls out into a bed. A cute balcony over looking the golf course / pool. The manager responds quick. The closest beach is Macao. To town it takes 20 minutes. There is a local little market store with cold drinks and snack items. "
