"Even with repairs on going out stay was still undisturbed and comfortable. Staff here are very friendly and helpful which why every time I visit O’ahu this is the hotel I choose to stay in. The location is convenient and easily accessible to most dining and shopping as well as the beachfront. "

"Cleaning was regular and good, staff were nice and helpful, coffee shop was convenient, location is good and close to food places and shops. The pool area is nice and we liked the minigolf. The pool is on the 10th floor so it gets so windy and cold. I didn’t like the hidden fees (60 dollars per night) and it was not disclosed ahead. Parking fees (60 dollars per night). I would say memorable stay but next time I would stay near the Hawaiian village. "

"The partial ocean view was better than expected. Absolutely great view! The resort fee is an added hidden expense that I feel is unscrupulous. Why not just include it in the room price? Even though I expected it, it just doesn’t feel right. There’s no choice. We used none of the beach towels, chairs or whatever else this allegedly covers, but have to pay anyway. Come on, just be transparent about your room rates. Other than that, the stay was very enjoyable."
