The hotel location is great, there are multiple dinning and shopping options nearby. The suite with oceanview is comfortable with perfect showers and beds. The amenities are updated and well maintained. The staff is friendly, even in times when the hotel got very busy. We will definitely stay again at the hotel.

This was our first trip to Hawaii. We truly enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. All the staff were very friendly, always smiling and greeting us. Our room was extremely tidy and refreshing when we returned at end of the day. Suzette and Kayla at the front desk helped us navigate our way around Waikiki. Everything was so close by! Highly recommend the the TR Fire Grill Restaurant and Holoholo Cafe and Market. Thank you!
