"We had a wonderful stay at Park Shore Waikiki. The location is excellent — just steps from Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shops, and very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel had a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed spending time in such a beautiful part of Waikiki. We would gladly stay here again."

"Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were very clean the only issue I had was the elevator did not work and I had to walk 11 flights of stairs for 2 days."

"Just ok we stayed at the kalia tower with ocean view well the view was partially blocked by two buildings so it was more like partial ocean. Parking was not good had to keep resetting key to get in/out of garage or had to call every time m. Just super inconvenient. Tried to get luau tickets and they had plenty but guy refused to honor military discount contrary to what the website said even showed him thatbfridays were included and no one wanted to help. Oh well their loss went to a difference one but they had plenty of spots still left.location is good though and live performances were done well housekeeping was great. "

"Upon arrival our room was available an hour early so that worked out great after a long flight. Our room was clean and fresh as we walked in. Through out our stay the front desk staff and valet were pleasant. I asked for extra towels twice and both times someone beat us up to our rooms, very prompt to our request. My ONLY complaint has nothing to do with the room/hotel but rather the location. It is location on a busy road by the ala wai canal and every night I heard an emergency vehicle with sirens on and racing down the road which woke me up each time. Aside from that it was an easy and quick walk to beaches and shopping center in the heart of Waikiki. I will be staying here again despite the noise, I will just take earplugs next time. Excellent hotel."

"Great location across from nice beach. Close to restaurants and transportation. One block to Kapiolani park and zoo. Room was spotless, nice pool and restaurant / bar overlooking the ocean . Will stay again !"
