"Parking was easy. Breakfast was basic but fresh. Only issue was when I couldn’t open the door and staff needed to reset the key card."

"The “view” inside and out…wonderful! Very clean and comfortable home for our family get together. And, the ocean nearby, amazing! This home is conveniently located for quiet walks or quick drives. It is stocked with a small collection of pantry goods and all of the cooking equipment you should need if you decide to cook in and not go out for all of the fresh seafood you could possibly eat. Loved being back in Rockport!"

"Parking was easy. Room was clean. Yes, there was a beach view but pur room was same level as patio so we kept curtain closed for our entire stay for privacy. Bed was very comfortable. Fine choice for off season but would not want this room in warm weather as no privacy once folks are on the patio. Door needs some work as door jam loose so needed to pull to engage unlock mechanism. Could use another mirror & hooks for towels. Also place for toiletries would is needed. Believe they may have been still renovating room as these were missing & paintings were on floor not wall. Staff was great, hot our door open & showed us how to open & removed paintings not hung yet for our stay. Great room if not planning to be in it other yhan to sleep."

"I had a great stay :) Phil was very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Took some great walks and had a nice meditation spot by the creek. Despite owners being on the property, I never saw them unless I needed something. They made it feel very private and that was very appreciated. "

"Impeccably clean and in a great location. Host lives next door. It was Thanksgiving week and much of the town was closed but we were there to see family so that really did not matter. Plenty of good restos nearby. "

"Beautiful spot. The chairs and fire pit out back are perfect. The large dining room table was more than efficient. Balcony views and chairs were great. Overall, the house was exceptionally clean. One really impressive feature- they have enough outdoor chairs to accommodate the amount of people for which they advertise the house. As someone who travels occasionally in large groups, this is rare. We had one small cleaning issue, but were able to get someone in to take care of it. I would definitely come back. Important to note- the full bed in the garden room is on rollers. The bed was tough to keep in place. I hope the owners will consider putting a real bed in the space. "
