- Golden Cottage by the Sea, is a true New England Cottage that has been lovingly restored and updated. This quaint 1830's house was completely remodeled in 2015. The panoramic views, Atlantic Coastal Path, and fresh ocean air allow for a true place of peace and renewal. Located in a beautiful area called the Avenues it is between the Emerson Inn and Halibut Point. This is the ideal vacation home. If you choose to hike the coastal path, visit the Historic Village of Rockport or hit the beaches of Rockport and Gloucester you will have plenty to do.
There is great fishing off of the rocks. A small private and rocky beach steps from your back door. A private yard for play. A 5 minute drive and from Rockport shops, art galleries and beaches.
