"Comfortable room and great parking. Restaurants and shops were easily walkable (steep hill if that is an issue for anyone). It was a little different to only be able to text staff/front office as there is no one at the house; however, responses were very fast. I would stay here again. "

"Parking was easy. Room was clean. Yes, there was a beach view but pur room was same level as patio so we kept curtain closed for our entire stay for privacy. Bed was very comfortable. Fine choice for off season but would not want this room in warm weather as no privacy once folks are on the patio. Door needs some work as door jam loose so needed to pull to engage unlock mechanism. Could use another mirror & hooks for towels. Also place for toiletries would is needed. Believe they may have been still renovating room as these were missing & paintings were on floor not wall. Staff was great, hot our door open & showed us how to open & removed paintings not hung yet for our stay. Great room if not planning to be in it other yhan to sleep."

"Lovely little home in great location, easy walk to Shalin Liu performance center, restaurants, beaches, and all the cute downtown shops. We parked the car in back and then walked almost everywhere. We took quick drives to Halibut Point (stunning always, but very cool to see the quarry frozen!), Wenham, and Gloucester. It was so nice to visit in the off season and this made a great home base for our girls’ weekend. The king size beds are super comfy, apartment well kitted out with laundry, dishwasher, 3 individual mini splits, coffee maker with coffee pods, etc. Easy to get in with custom keypad code. Excellent and kind communication. Appreciated the online guest guide. Rockport and the North Shore have so much to offer year-round and our March visit meant lots of shop sales and no crowds. "

"We stayed at Rockport for a Thanksgiving family gathering that included nine adults, a toddler and an infant. We utilize the entire space - which I think is how the place best functions. If renting only one of the units be aware there may be noise from the other units because of the vertical layout and the hardwood floors. Also, if renting one unit ask the management company to double check that your kitchen is well supplied as I suspect some equipment tends to travel from floor to floor. That being said, the units were lovely, and incredibly situated. It was a short walk for morning coffee and easy for a toddler to get to the nearby beach and park with a stroll. Communication with the managing company was outstanding. Because we were doing holiday cooking, I had a lot of questions regarding equipment in the kitchen as well as the barbecue situation. They responded to all my inquiries quickly. It was clear they went out of their way to bring in additional items so that we could create a Thanksgiving meal, including Turkey spices, serving platter, gravy boat, rolling, pin, roasting pan, etc., etc. That kindness went above and beyond in my opinion. Between the three units, the kitchens were very well outfitted. There was a small hiccup with the door codes during the check-in process, which is why I gave that only four stars. However, the management team was immediately reachable and immediately responsive and helpful.Bravo Atlantic services."
