"We loved everything about this place! The room had a nice layout. The Roku TVs were easy to use and it was great that we could easily sign into our own streaming service accounts. The refrigerator had a Brito water container with filter. The room also had a small counter top stove, a microwave and a coffee maker. The only complaint that I had was that I got pretty warm in the bed despite having the AC set to 65 degrees. There was no fan in the bedroom."

"The best thing about this property is the location. It was a short walk (10 minutes or so) from Rockport Center and Bearskin Neck. The beach view and parking were great. Those things are certainly worth a premium, but I do not think it's worth the $419.99 per night pre-Memorial Day we paid. The amenities are not equivalent of those typically provided at hotels costing $400+ per night. For example, there was no full-size ironing board and the iron was cheap and ineffective. There is no counterspace in the bathroom and there is no other place to get ready because the only mirror near an outlet is in the bathroom. We also couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat and it was cold the first night we arrived. There was also no housekeeping for a 2-night stay. Most frustatingly, there were no staff on site to ask for assistance. We were given key codes for the main doors and our room door, but we never saw any staff so there was no one available to ask for help, clean towels, dining recommendations, or any questions whatsoever. It was like renting an AirB&B, not a hotel room."

"We enjoyed the place and had it pretty much all to ourselves for two off-season nights. The house is beautiful and we walked down to the waterfront to have breakfast both days. it was a very enjoyable stay with easy entry, ample parking and excellent water pressure in the shower."

"We enjoyed our stay and due to the weather extended it an extra night with no problems. There is no front desk service -- all communication with our hosts was done through text messaging, but they were quick to respond, and our room was made up daily. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No breakfast or food on site, but there are good dining options a short walk into town. Great location for exploring the waterfront and downtown Rockport!"

"The Host was very clear that parking was off site, so no surprises there. However, it would have been helpful to have been provided a small street map with the free parking streets marked. We were given the names of the streets in advance, but had difficulty finding them because we didn't know the town nor knew which streets streets were one way or how far the streets were from the rental. A simple marked map would have been very helpful."
