"We’ve been coming to the Cape Ann area for 30 years and this home was such a special find for us. A beautiful bungalow with a pool and the ability to walk to the beach and Bearskin Neck is practically unheard of in this area - we couldn’t believe we found all of it in one place.The home itself is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well designed. The layout, style, and thoughtful details throughout made it feel both elevated and comfortable. Being able to walk into Bearskin Neck for shops, restaurants, ice cream, and everything we love about Rockport, then come home and relax by the pool, was pretty hard to beat. One afternoon, our 8 month old needed a nap, so we grabbed lobster rolls and brought them back to enjoy poolside - honestly, it doesn’t get much better than that!Traveling with a baby was also made so much easier by some of the thoughtful extras provided. Having a high chair at the house, along with a beach wagon and chairs for our beach days, was so appreciated and meant less for us to pack.We fell in love with the place so quickly that we knew we wouldn’t want to leave and asked to extend our stay by two nights. Michael and Christine were so accommodating and made it easy. After all these years of coming to Rockport, this place was a rare find. We made wonderful memories here and would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"My room opened onto the large balcony overlooking the ocean, which was great except it only had any privacy when the curtains were all closed tightly. The balcony was beautiful, although a very strange man set up a karaoke machine close to my room and proceeded to try to sing...The bed was comfortable, but a rug would have been nice on the newly done floors."
