"Before we ever got to PCB, we had some trouble with our payment through VRBO. I think this was all the fault of VRBO; the property manager was very responsive and tried to be helpful. VRBO never managed to get it fixed, so I had to Zelle the payment to the property manager. It worked out ok, but it caused a lot of stress, and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by VRBO. "Check in for Everyone is 4 p.m. therefore creating chaos and long lines (some as much as 2 hours)waiting for the elevators. 30 floors of everyone having the same check-in time is ridiculous. This problem could easily be solved by staggering check-in times. Registration Desk Employees were extremely rude. The Security Staff was excellent. Overall the condo was nice. The bed was terrible. Like the title says. One And Done. We will never stay at Tidewater again!!!"
