"Stayed in 1902 and it was very clean with an awesome view. Very nice condo facility with great parking for that unit. The facility is not new but well maintained for the amount of use it has had. Would definitely go again. "
"Overall, this condo needs an updating. We found it unfortunate that were no extra bed linens, such as a comforter. There was no cable provided, so we have to use someone else's Netflix account."

"Great location, and view. It was great for our budget and right on the beach. Bring your own beach towels...I didn't see any offered by the hotel for the pool. It took several hours to replenish our bath towels when needed but overall for the price and location we were very pleased with our stay and will be back! "

"We accidentally booked a condo on the lakeside and it was the happiest accident ever. Our back deck was out of the direct sun so we were able to enjoy the beautiful view with no sunburns. Pool access was such a pleasant surprise for us with three small children. Crossing the street "
"We had a wonderful stay. I was impressed with the communication with the property manager. They delivered all of the information we needed with perfect timing. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible, staff were very accommodating and friendly. The parking underneath the building is limited but we were able to find a space ~80% of the time. When the basement lots were full, we parked in the garage across the street. Elevators were dated and very stuffy but we heard that they are being replaced with new ones soon. The room was spacious and we really enjoyed the large balcony. Thanks for the great stay. "
"The week we were there the elevators were flooded by a guest's negligence. We were all forced to use the stairs and our condo was on the 20th floor. There were babies, elderly, handicapped and disabled people staying there all having to walk up a ridiculous amount of stairs in the heat and humidity. There was no AC in the stairwell. It was pure misery, they did have them fixed within 24 hours, but it sucked for sure.
There is a bar by the pool that sells the most overpriced cheap food. The sandwiches are huge pieces of bread with like one piece of meat. It's basically a bread sandwich and they want $14 for it. Both food and drinks are highly overpriced at that little bar. Seemed unnecessary.
They charge for ice. Most hotels offer ice as an amenity, but these clowns want $7/bag or something like that. Your condo does come with a fridge that has an ice maker, but we quickly learned it won't even be able to fill itself back up in 5 days. We used the entire thing on day one and it never got full again. I think the ice should be free for what they charge to stay there.
Overall it wasn't horrible, but we probably won't stay there again. Way too overpriced for the quality and what you get.

"The resort was Awesome lots of room loved the Balcony facing the ocean. The pools and hot tubs were clean and Cool. Everyone was very helpful and nice. If I must leave a complaint it would be the slow elevators. "
"This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people you will pay $100 per each extra wristband. Also, parking is $27 per vehicle per stay. This was mentioned in the original booking so I was ok with that. Beach was beautiful of course and was the main character of this trip. Our unit was outdated and had all kinds of water damage. The bathroom smelled of old urine. There is construction Nextdoor and they start bright and early at 7am. This was not our first stay at Summit but is our last. There are plenty other condos in much better conditions on the coast for about the same price. I’m disappointed in the lack of service on summit and Expedia part. They would not refund me $100 despite not mentioning it in the booking. Book at your own risk. "
