Location was Perfect

The home was perfectly located in the heart of Pier Park. Just steps out to the ocean and on days where there were double red flags, the pool and hot tub came in clutch!!

Beach time

Great location, beautiful views, awesome deck hot tub and pool. Good communication with property manager. Enjoyed our stay and our dog loved the close proximity to the dog beach.

Great place to stay

Very spacious house and backyard. Clean. Separate buildings with living quarters in both. Very comfortable and useful Outdoor amenities. The house floor plan was open and accommodating for a large group interaction. Had activities for the guests to occupy their time. Close the some of the best restaurants.

Amazing!!

We absolutely loved the location of this property!! Walking distance to everything! Right on the beach and across from Pier Park! The hot tub was a hit every morning and evening! The house was clean and the management was great!! Such a wonderful week! Will be returning next year!!!

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the home very much. Large enough for the family to relax comfortably. Hot tub was a hit and happy to have the spa service attend to it twice a week. Spotless...Great views of the Gulf and what I call “dancing diamonds” (angle of the sun reflecting on the water in PCB. ) Love they allow our furry friends vacation with us. Minor maintenance issue came up and management company got it taken care of promptly. Will be taking with family about setting up another vacation there.

Family trip

The location of the place was perfect. Walkable to many amenities including Pier Park. The view can’t be beat! The place was also very spacious and we had plenty of room for our family of 10. The only reason I took one star of this the place really could use some maintenance but that did not hinder our stay at all. I just agree with some of the other reviews that state if you are looking for a 5 star resort you will be disappointed. But if you are looking for a perfect location to walk every where with great views and have a large group this is it!

Excellent location, walk almost everywhere

Check in was very easy, is a older home but has had updates, and painted, was clean and fully stocked with towels, linens,xtra pillows, and kitchen utensils, couple windows leaked during hard storm, soaked up with towels, and hot tub seem be out of order with no power to it, but it was in 90s so a hot tub if used would been at night anyways, location excellent, walk everywhere, the marine life was awesome, seen dolphins, sea turtles, crab, jellyfish, being right on beach was outstanding, overall my group said they stay again, and enjoyed the stay, communication of leaks and hot tub to manager was easy, a maintenance order was issued but never came, which no big deal, we didnt want be tied down staying at home while waiting on them, I gave 4-5 stars mainly because hot tub issues I feel being advertised it should been working, would stay again.

Perfect Spring Break House for Large Groups

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sea Ease Beach House was the perfect house for our group of 14. All 14 of us fit comfortably in the house and enjoyed all the amenities the home offered. The house was very clean when we arrived and there were plenty of bath towels and plates to accommodate all of us. Having our own beach access was amazing and the group enjoyed watching sunsets from the hot tub on the back deck. The driveway had plenty of space to park our cars and pier park was <5 minute walk away. We also enjoyed taking lunch breaks from the beach to grill burgers and hot dogs on the grill in the front of the house. Overall, I would recommend this property to any large group that is looking to be right on the beach!

Friends vacation

The house is a 10 for location. The house needs a lot of TLC. The sky light above the stairs leaks when it rains. The window in the kitchen leaks even worse when it rains. The master bath has a hole in the side of the tub. The pool cover needs replaced the corner of the deck near the jacuzzi is broken. The house was very nicely decorated and was clean except for the floors. Sticky ad lots of sand on the floor. Location is a 10. Shopping beach and restaurants all a short walk. Give this house the TLC it deserves and I would fate it a 10. As it sits in its current state a 7.

Great location, good for traveling with dogs and small kids/big f

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and price was reasonable. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room. This property would be a great fit for a big crowd. This property is not for someone who stays in 5 star hotels however. Although we didn't care too much there were LOTS of maintenance issues noticed. The property management was responsive but most items can't be fixed quickly. A few issues: no cover on hottub, jets on popl don't work, evidence of leaks, half the toaster works, dryer needs two cycles to dry, tub seal looks broken, deck railing falling off, some lights not working etc. Again, this didn't keep us from enjoying the view and it's perfect for those traveling with pets but if maintenance issues were fixed it would have been 5 stars.

Family Vacation - Spring Break

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location!! Hot Tub and Pool Heated was great for kids and adults. The living room area and kitchen was large and plenty seating for the family of 12. The home needs some major upgrades on bedding, furniture and bathrooms. It was clean inside but the maintenance appears to make it unclean. The outside needs landscape cleaning and old furniture thrown away. Personally, I swept the outside and moved the broken furniture behind the walls to give the home a better curb appearance. Just needed it to look cleaner. A little love on this place would make a huge difference. Overall, we had a great time and it was close to the Pier and Pier Park and plenty to do and walk too. We caught a lot of fish off the pier and had a blast. Outside grill needs an upgrade. First house experience in PCB with family of 12 and it was nice. Beds needs a major upgrade. Property management staff was great!! We called to fix a broken bed, grill, TVs and toilet and they were fast and fixed everything. The two gentlemen were great friendly and played with kids. Awesome support.

Nice house…with issues!

First, the house could be a great house and the location can’t be beat! If the price was not so expensive, I would not be so critical. We paid more than 4,000, and they add cost for everything. I have never been charged extra to check in early when a house is ready.The mattress quality in most rooms is terrible! Strangely enough, the twin beds were the most comfortable. The TV in the 2 twin beds room would not change. You had the luxury of watching ABC. The bathroom near this room has a ho I e kicked into the wall. The shower curtain rings are barely holding together and are rusty.. The bathroom upstairs has no light on the shower side of the room. My daughter showers at night, so she had to take a flashlight with her. There is also a bright lace where they cut into the drywall and fixed by attaching some wood to the wall.The kitchen is probably the worst part. The dishes are all dirty. I rewashed all of the plates and bowls, and a few glasses. There were frying pans with puddles of grease in them. They cover themselves here by posting a note on the refrigerator saying they don’t sanitize anything and cannot be held responsible for whether the dishes are clean. There were 7 forks. I added 7 forks, so that we didn’t have to wash dishes every time we ate. There were no hot pads, so I bought some of those as well. The grill ran out of propane while we were cooking. None of the outside lights work.

The best location in Panama City beach!

The beach is your backyard and steps from Pier Park and if you have a pet, it’s just a few steps from dog park. We have a severely autistic child and can honestly say it was autism friendly. My son was very comfortable and mesmerized watching the ocean from the loving room. He felt extremely safe, loved the pool, and walking to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Very accommodating, plenty of room, plenty of linens, kitchen supplies, 2 refrigerators and very clean.

Slightly hard to pull out because of the closeness of the trees/shrubs to the road. Could be cleaner. There were beer cans everywhere out back. Overall though, it was a great stay, we had a blast. Recommendations - PLEASE change the flag or just take it down all together, it’s ragged, and maybe purchase a deck box for beach toys that renters don’t want to take home so the next renters can enjoy 😊

Lots of space!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good week at Sea Ease. There are lots of sofas, chairs, tables (inside and out). The layout of the house provides great separation for groups, so worked well for several family groups. It is a beach house, so it shows some wear. The tables inside are all pretty worn, but lots of space. The kitchen was pretty lacking in general (no plastic ware that we could use outside, very few forks, no hotpads) but we managed. Almost the entire time we were there the beach either was a red-flag or double-red flag, so the pool on the deck saved the vacation! We all spent quite a bit of time out there. The proximity to the beach was wonderful as was the proximity to any shopping areas. We would go back again.

Wonderful Location Best Vacation Ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hisue had everything we needed and expected for our family vacation. It was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The location is fantastic right on a huge beach area across the street from Pier Park with great dining, entertainment and shopping. The city fishing pier is a block away and we caught a lot of fish but gave them away because we didn't want to clean them. Would definitely stay here again!
