"Nice stay but the food was 7/10. Only stayed here to enjoy Xcaret Park but I’ve had better experiences in other resorts"

"Loved everything about the resort the workers were amazing, I’m not gonna lie though I wish there wasn’t any like upgrades or different tiers of restaurants and grills for those who are not in the specific tier, when you think of all inclusive you think okay great then to be told oh you have to be this you have to be that, that kinda sucks, the outdoor burger and hotdog grills are considered restaurants which I thought was not fair, when you hear them say 10 restaurants but even that they were still amazing, I wil definitely be there again."

"I like that it was family friendly and not too rowdy. Every person that worked there took their job seriously and was so very nice. The guest services took the time to get to know you and create an experience just for you. I will most definitely be back"

"No beach view we had a garden view if you can call what the showed me a gardem but that's neither here nor there.same meals no real variety. There were several restaurants but the food they served in each one never changed "

"Amazing staff — everyone was so welcoming and polite. The hotel was super clean and well maintained, and I loved my stay. I do wish they could improve the food, especially the buffet, as it felt very repetitive."
