"RIU was so amazing I had timeee , very helpful staff only thing my issue was is my door battery was dead so I had to keep going back to the front desk to get inside a few time after it was coo and also the food is so trash!!!!! If they get some new food it definitely will be a 10/10 but good 8/10"

"The resort is so loud and crowded, not sure if it was because of the world cup. The amenities are so old and the tv in room always had some lines on it. The AC was so loud that i had to block my ears while sleeping. The mini bar just pissed me off. It had about 3 sodas, 2 canned beers,water and 3 jumex paper drinks. The bathroom was clean but didn't look modern. The restaurants were ok with ok meals. You can't make reservations so you had to leave early. Some wait times were as high as an hour....

"We stayed in a grand ocean front suite. It was spacious and comfortable with a spectacular view. The hotel construction was a bit on the way; a temporary entrance, no lobby, and limited elevator. I had expected to receive some kind of refund or voucher, but still I give it a 5-star. It’s a great place to spend your family vacation."

"Everything was perfect except for the foods, they need to add more varieties of fruit, vegetables, protein… I’ve been eating the same food for 4 days and only 1 restaurant opens for lunch. But dinner 100/10 specifically aglio (the Italian restaurant). Staff were very nice, the room was very clean."

"We love this place and it's really beautiful location. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants is a plus. We will be coming back soon."
