Room was clean. Restaurants on site were great.

Rooms and the entire property are elegantly maintained!

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Great hotel and great experience for our girls trip!

Mile mall next door makes getting meals and shopping real easy. Most of the staff was good. Unflexible in late checkout and rude when you asked... Maybe it was just that individual. Most staff were very pleasant and professional.
