"Our room was very nice and the staff was quite helpful. 2 suggestions: More tables and chairs are needed in the main meeting area on the lobby floor. Also, more than two small complimentary bottles of water should be placed in the hotel rooms when guests are spending more than one night. Thank you! I "

"The location of the Hyatt Regency Times Square was perfect! It was located right in the middle of downtown which made it super convenient. We were able to walk to many of the attractions and shopping with no problem. The hotel was clean and the rooms were roomy. I have already said this is where we will stay on return visits. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas!"
