Clean room, kind staff, great location. The room was small but roomier than other NYC hotels I've stayed in. It was very cozy and comfortable to sleep in. There was a good amount of storage space. The location was amazing--easy uber/lyft pick-ups/drop-offs, great walking location to so many places, and right by many subway lines. I was on the 5th floor and didn't hear traffic or loud sounds at night. I could hear doors closing/opening around my floor, but couldn't hear people/conversations. I absolutely plan on returning to this hotel, it's my new favorite one as a solo traveler/frequent visitor of NY.
