"Hotel was very convenient to the airport. Just a short walk and we were there. Room was very clean and quiet which was nice since we had very early flight. The only thing I would suggest is the lightening in the hall was very dark and as two women traveling alone, I did not like that. "

"AMAZING location and very friendly, helpful staff! Location couldn't be better - 4 minute walk to South Kensington Tube station. Right across from V&A museum, science museum and Natural History museum. 15 minute walk to Harrods, 10 min walk to Hyde Park. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast is terrific! My only suggestion would be to find a way for hotel guests to use the fitness center free of charge. All in all, a terrific value for the price."

"Great service and clean. Didn’t realize there was no AC in the rooms, so the room was quite warm from the sun shining in at first. Very close to the tube which is perfect to exploring more of the city. Would stay again."
