"Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay, the weather was on and off so we had stayed in the room and it was very comfy, comes with kitchen and kitchenware and all other bells and whistles. Bed was super comfy as well. Beach access is available via the Beach club and the pool is also amazing! Perfect stay for couples and families! Worth the every dollar! The staff were very hospitable as well!"

"We stayed in June with myself, my husband and mom and two kids. The location of the rental is awesome and overall the place is pretty nice. I have a couple of big complaints. First and biggest complaint is that the couch on the first floor was DISGUSTING. I have never stayed in a rental where the couch looked that dirty. It has giant stains all over it and was clearly not its original light sand color. I couldn’t keep my kids off of it so had to just deal with them playing on a gross couch. Secondly, the beds and pillows were soo uncomfortable. I just slept without a pillow and that felt better. Thirdly, do provide shampoo/conditioner but the quantities were so small I don’t know who they’d be enough for? Being on the beach means people will bathe almost every day…Lastly I asked the hosts whether they had any beach chairs, beach toys etc and they said no so we went and bought some things rather than renting them. Turns out they had pretty much all of those things on the property, so not sure we were told no.Other than this, nice place, maybe the pictures made it look a little nicer than it was but that’s ok. The biggest issue was the couch please change that! "
"The property feels brand new. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate. It’s in a great location - just steps to the beach, a short bike ride from Watercolor and Seaside (we ran out of time to explore the other direction), and close to lively entertainment and fun restaurants. It was our first time staying in Grayton Beach, and we fell in love with it. In this home, we especially appreciated all of the seating on the back patio for sipping coffee every morning, the beach amenities (3 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler, towels, boogie board, football, and wagon) and the bathroom amenities (make-up washcloths, hairdryer, handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion). We also had what we needed in the kitchen, and it was nice having a shower/hose at the property to wash off sand. It rained several days during our stay, and we were glad to find umbrellas in a cabinet to use. They seem to have thought of everything. Communication with Stay on 30A was easy and helpful, and the welcome packet received after booking was full of great info. My husband, young adult sons, and I had a wonderful 30A Getaway and hope to return soon! :)"
