"We rented this house for our annual college friends girls’ trip to the beach and loved it! The space was perfect for the four of us. Having a golf cart included was an added bonus! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, as were the living areas. The kitchen was well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We were very pleased with our stay at Blue Ocean Breeze! The house was stocked with plenty of towels, which was nice. There was plenty of space upstairs and downstairs so that we didn’t feel cramped. The rooms upstairs are all clustered together, which was fine for us but may not work for families that have little kids. The only unexpected thing about our stay was the golf cart. We were expecting the blue one pictured in the listing but arrived to see a dingy yellow one. It worked fine, so not an issue. Overall, we were very pleased! A five minute golf cart to the Blue Mountain Beach access and a quiet neighborhood is hard to beat!"

"Clean and comfortable unit. Blue Mountain is one of our favorite areas and beach view was beautiful. It was a quiet week between Spring breaks and summer with perfect weather. The walk-in shower and fluffy towels were appreciated. Communication with 30a Vacay (host) was exceptional. We never used the bikes as we chose to walk on the beach, read, nap, and repeat. This unit is ground floor at the beach access which was fine for us."

"Our entire group really enjoyed this beautiful condo and location in Blue Mountain Beach right off the 30a. The location was perfect to go to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. There is a new shuttle service in Grayton which we drove to and parked our two cars. It was so nice because we didn't have to look for a parking spot at the local beaches. It dropped us off right at the beach and picked us up😀 I do recommend getting to the beaches early as they do tend to get crowded during the busy seasons. We love Mimmos and were happy it was literally outside the gated community. The neighborhood was peaceful and very family friendly. The place was spotless which is important to us and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this condo and we look forward to going back."
