"Property has ROACHES and FLEAS!!! When discussing with the owner, he thought a 250 refund would be sufficient for a 3500 state that was infested with roaches and fleas!We sent the owner photos and were very transparent with what we are experiencing, and he replied that he is having a hard time believing us! What a joke! It is absolutely repulsing to think that two children were crawling around on the same floor that we found roaches.DO NOT RENT!!!"

"The place is better than the photos even! Location is perfection on 1st floor with easy access to your car, pool, beach, laundry room and garbage drop. So clean and light new decor! Love the interior decorating! The big sliding glass door is so nice with a great patio and seating. Plantation shutters I so appreciated My daughter and I felt so at home here. The community is wonderful. The bed was large and so comfy. Loved end tables and lighting. I really can’t say enough positive things. So appreciated the location to everything. The private access to beach was so convenient. One little suggestion from a coffee drinker is suggest getting some more mugs that are big not so small. But I feel silly even saying that but if that was my only gripe. This is a gem and will be booking again. Thank you"

"TLDR; Misleading listing. First floor fully visible from outside at night even with blinds down. No window coverings. Left immediately. Host and Vrbo refused refund—only resolved through credit card dispute.We did not stay and left immediately upon arrival due to a serious privacy and safety issue not reflected in the listing.At night, with lights on and blinds fully down, the entire first floor is clearly visible from outside. From the driveway, we could see the layout, furniture, and even kitchen appliances. The main living area was fully exposed to anyone outside and the neighbors directly across. This was not apparent from the listing photos.We went inside briefly to check for additional coverings and found none—no curtains or anything usable on the first floor. There were curtains upstairs, which shows awareness of privacy concerns, but that same standard was not applied to the main living area.We did not bring any belongings inside and left within minutes to find other accommodations.The biggest issue was the response afterward. We immediately contacted the host and Vrbo, provided photos, and explained the situation. Despite clear evidence and acknowledgment from a Vrbo rep that the main level was clearly visible, the host refused to issue a refund. The only way we recovered our money was through a credit card dispute.If you choose to stay and encounter an issue requiring a refund, be aware that resolving it may be difficult and not guaranteed."

"There are so many things we loved about this home. The overall space is beautiful and perfect for 16 people, the location is unmatched (close to the beach and restaurants) and the size of the pool and backyard space was incredible for hanging out. Communication with Kim was also easy and fast. The only downside is that there are a few maintenance/cleanliness things that could be done to make the property even better."

"This house was one of the best homes we've stayed in. It had everything you would need and more! The home was super clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing that would have made it better was if the home were on the beach, but with the bikes and golf cart, getting there was no issue at all. It was nice to throw everything on the golf cart and take a short trip down the road. The neighborhood was really nice and far enough away from the crowds, but you can take the golf cart to Seaside if you want to be in the mix of it all. Just out the back door is a nature trail if you wish to walk or bike in the woods. So much to do and you can't beat the beach! Would love to come back sometime!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location where we could easily bike to Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain for meals and ice cream. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pools and ping pong table in the fitness center. The walk to the beach is long but pleasant because of the shaded boardwalk."
