"My husband and I stayed at Buckeye on the Beach along with my 6 and 3 YO and my sister and BIL and all agreed that the home, location, views and property manager were absolutely second-to-none!! The home looks exactly as it does in the listing, and most importantly, the views were stunning. I will not stay anywhere else when I return. The property manager had to come by several times due to my 3 YO accidentally locking us out of rooms and we had someone by the home within 30 minutes each time, which was so appreciated. We also were without WiFi in the home due to an equipment issue and they worked round the clock to attempt to fix it, and got us running with mobile hot spots when they couldn't. Incredible place - highly recommend!"

"I have been coming to Seaside for 43 years. It’s my favorite beach destination. I have albums filled with pictures of all the houses we’ve rented. They are over the years. My husband recently died, and I brought a friend for the first time who’s never been to Seaside before. The property was the most perfect location for all we did. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Our stay involved 2 families - 11 in total. It included one family with 4 kids (14, 12, 9 & 5) & another family with 3 kids (12, 9 & 7). We had a great time in Seaside & found the house to be a great fit for our families. Pros: Absolutely loved the location - very convenient to beach, pool & amphitheater! House layout was perfect for 2 families. Allowed for adults to wake up early & move around without waking up the entire group Outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off kids & beach equipment House was well equipped for dogs: 2 fancy kennels in the foyer & other folding kennels available if needed Bathroom facilities were modern but all associated with bedrooms. Late evening bathroom breaks after kids were in bed needed to be well planned Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils but did not include any spices/condiments Cons: Compared to other places we've stayed in Seaside, the porch was very small Stairs (more of a ladder really) up to the 3rd floor are very steep & require extreme caution to navigate. The steps & the bunk beds on the 3rd floor are definitely not for small children under the age of 4 Small problem with pool passes. Pool passes were not included for this property so we had to pay additional if we wanted to use the pools. We added these but they were not in the house when we arrived, so had some small issues accessing the pool the first day. We thought the pool passes were relatively expensive & not worth it as an add on"

"Loved the original beach house surrounded by the old Magnolia and Live Oak trees. Spent most of the time on the screened in porch when we were at the house. Easy walk to the beach and Seaside. Beds were good and home was clean."

"nice cottage in prime location within walking distance of seaside town center. great view off patio to ocean. cozy but could sleep a lot of guests with large beds and nice sized bathrooms. didn’t even need the bikes because you can walk everywhere from here. we would stay here again."
