"Great location, but directly behind the Red Bar which is a popular night spot and the center of activity in this small town.. so there can be a bit of noise late at night.Tia with LIV vacations (property manager) was awesome! There were a couple of lightbulbs out and the TV did not work in one of the bedrooms… otherwise everything worked great and we even got a six person golf cart along with the rental, which was great for transportation around Grayton Beach. We were there for three nights."

Being right on the beach was a huge highlight—the location was incredible and made it so easy to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. It was also conveniently located near plenty of great restaurants, which made dining out super easy.The hospitality was just as impressive as the home itself. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay, and it was clear they put a lot of effort into making sure their guests had a great experience.Between the beachfront location, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality, this place really checked all the boxes. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
