"Off street parking was occasionally difficult but you really didn’t need your car once on the property. House is closer to the Camp Watercolor for kids. You can walk or take the trolley transportation for the beach and adult pool. Area very pretty. Very close to a Public’s."

"Property location and price are very hard to beat. It’s a no-frills accommodation, and that’s okay! We really enjoyed it, just know that it’s not what most people would expect for a Seaside/Seagrove-style home. More old-school Florida vibes.Nit-picky, but the outdoor shower needs quite a bit of work. It’s not as nice and clean as the images show. The bathroom door needs a lock as other reviewers noted. 2 of the 4 beach chairs are broken, still usable, but should be replaced. An auger for the beach umbrella would be much more user-friendly than the PVC tube supplied.None of this is a deal breaker. Great value compared to nearby properties. Just a bit of room for improvement. We would absolutely book again."

"we had a small hiccup with the space, but the owner and property manager reacted promptly and professionally. They were incredibly fair and accommodating about resolving our issue. We were quite impressed with their "above-and beyond" customer service. The space is super conveniently-located within Seaside- prob 50 feet from restaurants and shops. Highly recommended. thank you again!"

"I was "tempted" to not leave a review because I want to keep this gem of a house a secret because it was so PERFECT!! The location could not be any more ideal for access to the beach or walking into Seaside. No need to ever drive unless you're going to the grocery store. The backyard pool has the perfect amount of shade in the afternoon after a long beach day. The bikes, umbrellas and beach chairs were such a bonus to have and not have to rent. The layout of the house was ideal for our family of 12 adults and 4 toddlers-- everyone had their own space and the second kitchen for the families with grandbabies was perfect. The main level of the home had the most awesome view of the water -almost like we were beachfront. Like I said....I would like to keep this home a secret but can't do that to the wonderful owners. We typically take a large multigenerational family trip every other year, but my kids are already encouraging me to book this home again next year same time. Definitely a repeater!!"

"Great house and very nice host. He responded to questions very timely. The house is only 50 steps from the beach access, which was awesome, and it is really close to the town making it very easy to walk over for dinner. There is a great view from the top deck of the beach and ocean. From the bottom area, you can see the dunes, trees, and wildlife (we had deer bedding right outside the windows). The bottom area was especially great when it rained one day to have tea/coffee and read."
