"Great stay loved the room was very tidy, very nice and very spacious. Staff was nice and the hotel was in a great spot, walking distance to the shopping center if you're a walker. Breakfast was mid to say the least, they served 2 separate bagels, small muffins, yogurt w toppings, hard boiled eggs, and orange and apple juices. No hot food but for those okay with cold quick breakfast it's practical. They also have a small food bar to buy from that supplemented the needs of our stay. Definitely no complaints considering their outstanding service, and rooms."

"No one at check in/out. You have to talk to someone on a kiosk. Beds are very uncomfortable and I usually can sleep anywhere. We stayed here years ago and had the same issue but decided to give them another try since the remodel and updates. Fyi, the ice isn't free either. First time I've ever seen that when staying somewhere on vacation. "

"The room was ok, nothing special. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The bathroom floor tiles were broken which made for unsteady stepping in front of the toilet."

"The first room we were assigned to was filthy--the bath tub had dark stains over most of the inside. The floors had standing dirt. We were moved to another room which was only marginally better. The floors were still dirty and obviously had not been swept or mopped in a long time. I borrowed a broom and swept the floors myself but still wound up ruining a pair of socks and had to keep a damp wash rag by the bed to wash my feet before getting into bed."

"Rooms are VERY small and very sparsely furnished. Practically no storage for anything..forces you to " live out of your suitcase". Bathtub was very slippery and had to ask for a drain stopper. This would be okay if you just need a bed to sleep on before hitting the road again, not for multi-night stays."

"Breakfast is great each morning. Hotel going through a renovation which is nice but had to dodge some construction areas in and around property. Location to beach and popular places to eat and shop is perfect. This is my new go-to place to stay in Destin!"
