"The room is incredibly clean (it’s almost brand new, only like a year old). The location is amazing. You can reach all of Gold Coast by public transport, including so many different parks like Sea World. The view is incredible. The price is good too."

This place is awesome. I only have one negative, so first the positives. The staff are professional, helpful, courteous and accommodating. The flat was immaculate, the views unparalleled and I really can’t fault the place at all. The walk to everything was minutes, but still far away enough from the crazy that we were removed from noise. And then those very cute iguanas by the pool were quite entertaining. We named them Charles and Camilla. My only negative was that the bed wasn’t as comfortable...

Loved our one week stay! Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with water views. Spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect with kids, pool spa a big tick.
Only thing we didn’t love was the front desk receptionists. Rarely smiled and both ladies lacked warmth. Not what you would expect at front desk as you enter the building.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in room 705 at the Marrakesh. The room was spotlessly clean, the carpet looked new and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were in excellent condition. Our room had lovely views to the ocean. Our deal included a $10 breakfast voucher which covered the cost of a continental breakfast of toast, cereal and tea or coffee. We chose something off the breakfast menu, which ranged from just under $10 to a little over, and used our vouchers towards this, which...

I recently rented two rooms at The Wave Resort a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment, which far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean and offered great views of the ocean. I found all amenities terrific with a adequate kitchen that was fully equiped with all the assessories that I would use at home, and a lovely, clean bathrooms that had a bath and a shower with great pressure (this is normally one of my pet hates to have to run around in the shower to get wet).

This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. We were just so impressed with the entire experience. I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Singapore and I would have to say that the staff at The Ruby Collection were just as good. I made a mistake with my check in dates and the staff treated me so kindly and even gave us a free drink at the bar while I sorted it out. Not only that they ended up giving us a room upgrade. Pacific plaza is just the right distance from shops and restaurants, has exactly what you need for a family home away from home. It was a perfect base for us. The staff were friendly and super helpful.
The views were amazing!
Don't forget to bring beach/pool towels or buy a couple at one of the theme parks ( sea world does 2 for $20 souvenir and useful)
As with any holiday home you need to bring/buy your own food, dish washing/washer detergent and washing powder if you intend to do...
