Great spot to stay, room and the view was awesome. It was my birthday and they made me a piece of chocolate which was very thoughtful.
Have stayed here before and again enjoyed the proximity to light railway station and comfy beds.
Pluses: Excellent location. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Negatives: Long queues for lifts as one was out of order
Great service from staff and facilities were good. We did have minor issues with not enough pool towels and not replacing milk daily as well as having to ask for etc cups etc as room set up for 2 people rather than 4. But was addressed quickly by front of house staff. Cleanliness of beds and bathroom ...
Very clean rooms and the bed was really comfortable. Great view of Suffers and the beach from the balcony. There was some building work going on by the pool making it look a bit run down up there but no excessive noise or anything
Nothing in particularly, we just had a really good stay. It was clean and the staff were helpful and frinedly.
