"From the moment we arrived, Jimmy made us feel welcome and handled everything smoothly. The hotel is in a great location, which made getting around Hanoi much easier than expected. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, with large windows that made it feel bright and airy. Housekeeping was good, and the room was always pleasant to return to after a long day outside. We also appreciated the staff’s assistance with arranging tours and transportation. Their recommendations made our trip much more enjoyable. The service, location, and overall comfort were all excellent, and the hotel offered very good value for the experience. A lovely place to stay in Hanoi."

"Great experience, the staff is super attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. The hotel is almost brand new, the Grand Suite is very nicely sized and the facilities are in excellent condition. You can’t beat the location, you can walk to almost anywhere in the Old Quarters from here. Another highlight is the breakfast buffet, which is super high quality and has a great assortment of food to cover all preferences. Thanks to Julie and Jesse for making this a great experience."

"We had an amazing stay! The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast staff were wonderful and made every morning feel special. The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, and the bellboys were always helpful and welcoming with a smile. From beginning to end, every detail was wonderful. We truly felt cared for and welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"
