"Excellent luxury cruise. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are exactly as pictures and the bathtub in the senior suite is incredible. The cruise starts at 1pm and ends at 11am, so don’t count on a full 2-day experience."

"Nice hotel with nice staff and a good location) Can recommend it! Only thing which could be improved is the noise level from the neighbours (or construction workers) since it gets loud quite early in the morning."

"Amazing hotel with unbeatable location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. You can order eggs in any style and pho a la carte. However, the staff was by far the best part of the hotel. They were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The spa was also excellent and especially cheap for hotel guests (35% off)."

10/10 Excellent
"This recently opened hotel is delightful, and I would recommend to all those looking for comfort and quality. Rose, one of the managers, needs particular recognition for her kindness, attention to detail and crediting our account when an incident occurred in the Spa. Would stay again without hesitation."
"We loved our stay at Royal Palace has soon as you walk through the hotel you are welcomed by the staff and how throughly the hospitality is.The location is great you are walking distance to the lake and old stone church even a great smoothie and juice place is across the road.
Would highly recommend Royal Palace Hotel and Linh is so lovely and made sure we are well looked after.

"Above all the beautiful rooms and hotel facilities are the entire staff. Everyone has an excellent service mind and be ready to help you especially the front staff is enthusiastic and can communicate fluently in English. We received an upgrade room for our stay thank you very much. Breakfast is delicious and has many menus for your choice. Highly recommend."
"Great hotel within easy walking distance of Old Quarter and French Quarter attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of hotel dining and drinking options. My only suggestion for improvement: heat up the jaccuzi."
"The staff at this hotel are so helpful and amazing. They messaged us via booking months ahead of time to let us know about tours they could book for us. We did the Ha Long Bay Tour through them and it was great! All of the staff speak good English and greeted us every time we came and left from the hotel. They gave us bottled water every morning even if we didn’t have our room cleaned. The free breakfast is delicious at this hotel, you can get fruit, pho (veggie, chicken,or beef) toast, bacon, eggs, potatoes among other things. The location of this hotel is amazing, it is in the middle of the Old Quarter so you can pretty much walk 10 minutes to any of the major tourist spots. The staff will also give you a map of all the major things to see in the area. The room was very clean and spacious. When we checked out the staff arranged our airport taxi and packed us a breakfast we could take in the taxi since we left early. I can’t recommend this hotel enough if you are coming to Hanoi.v

"If you want to stay in / close to the Old Quarter, this is a great option. We did the old quarter suite which is at the back of the hotel so slightly quieter. Very convenient and walkable to all areas. "
"Staff go above and beyond to help make your trip better. We were using the hotel as a layover for our trip from Sapa to Ha Long Bay to celebrate engagement. They decorated the room and were able to get our laundry done with extremely little notice/out of working hours for our cruise on Ha Long Bay! Extremely grateful for the hotel staff.
"
"Beautiful unique colonial era room. The cleanliness was of a very high standard and the breakfast was one of the most memorable aspects of the stay. Location is perfect as it’s a close stroll to anything in the old quarter. "
