I can’t express enough our pleasure in staying at the Nam Hai Hotel. We stayed initially for 1 night and then left for 4 days to do the Ha Giang Loop. We made a reservation for our return and they were kind enough to store our large luggage while we were gone.
Unfortunately our Ha Giang tour was short lived as a fellow rider crashed in front of me causing me injury on the first day which ended our tour. We messaged the hotel after the ER visit and were able to return late the evening after we checked out and check back in at 2 am.
They were amazing. 24 hour front desk, out of the noise of the city but a very quick and inexpensive ride to the popular areas.
Fresh fruit and snacks in our room daily. They even made us a Vietnamese meal while I was recovering the day after the accident and provided me ice daily from their family freezer. (I had a broken collarbone).
They offered free laundry service, had AC and a fan in our room and the largest bathroom we had in 3 weeks of traveling Thailand and Vietnam on a budget.
They have a beautiful shaded and quiet courtyard. Being able to have a quiet, cool, relaxing stay just minutes from the heart of the city- no matter what direction you wanted to go was fantastic.
10/10 recommend!

Hard to find staff more thoughtful than in this hotel . Not in Old Quarter but 5 minutes away over the bridge. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. So viel Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich! Bucht ein Zimmer und lasst euch überraschen.

シャワーの排水が悪く、すぐ溜まり困った。
ハノイの街へ行く大きな橋が近くにあるが、歩行者は通れない橋だった。
2泊目、部屋の清掃どうするか聞かれたから、翻訳機でタオルの交換だけお願いと頼んだら、タオルもそのまま、水の補充もしてくれてなかった。
