"Delightful, perfectly located spot in Rothenburg--rooms are lovely and light-filled, beds are comfortable, bathrooms spacious. Walking into this hotel felt like stepping back into time a bit, but with modern conveniences. The back patio has an incredible view, and the breakfast is perfect for lingering. Would absolutely stay again!"

"Service was absolutely over the top. Our sweet man who checked us in, also valeted cars, served breakfast, carried out luggage. He was so wonderful, making the trip so lovely. Food in the restaurant was wonderful as well. So much value!"

"We had a lovely stay here. The area is very walkable and immediately outside the walled city. The staff was friendly and able to communicate with us in English well, and even helped us attempt German. Very fresh and well-appointed breakfast. Beds were very firm, but from what I understand this is a common German practice. "

"The free breakfast every morning was more than adequate. However, if you get there later for breakfast, there's not much food left to choose from. No air conditioning in summer and rooms are toasty in the morning. The room and bathroom was very large by European standards. Staff is friendly and welcoming. There is an elevator, but there are 5 steps up to the elevator. There is no bar, but you may purchase beer, wine, water and other drinks at the front desk. There is a large game room with air hockey, fooseball and billiards table and tons of seating with tables to play cards. Overall, we enjoyed our springtime stay very much!"
