"Easily the best value of any stay I’ve had in Europe. Was quoted an extremely generous rate and was cringing after learning it was right by a major tourist hub (Checkpoint Charlie) but between the charming hostess who welcomed me; the spacious and immaculate room (with excellent TV selection) and convenient location, this (and probably Select hotels generally) is a keeper. If I had any quibble, it would be the lack of wake up calls on offer…the first two nights I literally slept through my phone’s alarm, the bed was so comfortable."

"The hotel is a convenient walking distance from the airport terminal 1. I was worried about dinner options but the hotel’s restaurant had delicious options for reasonable prices. The staff was also kind in suggesting food options for my mom who has dietary restrictions. "

Loved Hamburg! Quirks of hotel: corridors are a bit of a maze and it’s easy to get lost, but that’s the only negative and I would stay here again for sure!"
