"Terrific stay, restaurant was the best good we had in NZ. Staff and service again excellent. Self service laundry facilities also available. Only slight disappointment is the lack of parking availability, but understandable given inner-city location. Highly recommend this hotel in Hamilton."

"Firstly, I arrived to find that I received a free upgrade - so the stay got off to an excellent start. I always appreciate being accommodated on the top level of the lodge, due to my erratic sleep pattern. All the usual things were top notch: great facilities, clean room, plenty of space, nice bathroom, relatively quiet location, handy parking, and welcoming front-office staff. I'll be back to stay in February (I'm a regular visitor)."
